Dr. Steph is the owner of Empower Physio & Wellness. She helps active adults who are frustrated with feeling limited by pain or injury know exactly what to do to confidently move their bodies with joy and peace.

Kim is the owner of FabYOUlous Fitness. She helps women over 35, who are always putting themselves last, feel better and have more energy so they can live their best lives.

Our Story

Westerville Wellness is a collaboration between FabYOUlous Fitness and Empower Physio and Wellness. Together we empower adults to build resilience, maximize fitness, and shatter expectations so you can thrive as the best version of you. After years of working alongside each other, we decided to collaborate on a higher level to push the needle on how we can serve the adults in our community.

FabYOUlous Fitness helps women over 35 feel better and have more energy so they can live their best lives. Empower Physio and Wellness helps active adults frustrated by pain or injury know exactly what to do to confidently move their bodies with joy and peace.
